I clicked the zoom in IE8 until it was 1600x1200 to fit my monitor and saved it that way. Sorta slick - windows saved the auto-scaled version in the dimensions I wanted.

Vista's working well here. Ever since I got rid of that vidcard monitoring software crap, I haven't had a problem since. No more weird lockups or anything.
